Report Requirements:
Word Count: 3,000 words (+/-10%, excluding references).
Case Study Selection: The chosen case study can be from any industrial or engineering sector, such as construction, mechanical, biomedical, etc. Examples of construction project case studies include Berlin Brandenburg Airport, Queensferry New Crossing, HS2, among others.
Report Structure:
- Project Overview (2,000 words)
- Description, scope, benefits, etc.
- List of stakeholders, their roles, and influence on the project.
- Analysis of project successes and/or failures, supported by relevant data.
- Discussion of challenges encountered during the project and their resolution.
- Role of Innovation in Project Delivery (1,000 words)
- Detailed statement and discussion of the innovations adopted (e.g., process and/or product innovation).
- Examination of the impact of these innovations on project delivery.
